Job Summary: The company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Production Engineering to lead our global production engineering function. This role is critical in driving the industrialisation and scale-up of high-tech consumer products through a network of internal factories, Contract Manufacturers (CMs), and Joint Development Manufacturers (JDMs). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring robust, efficient, and scalable manufacturing processes that meet quality, cost, and delivery targets across multiple sites.
Job Responsibilities:
Production Engineering Leadership - Oversee production engineering, and industrialization across contract manufacturers and JDM's in China, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
Strategic Leadership - Devise and implement leadership optimal strategies, leading the production engineering team, engaging people, providing clear strategies that ensure future readiness, including automation, AI, and other innovation.
Key Requirements:
- Senior leadership experience - A key member of Global Supply Chain leadership team; considered a succession candidate for the Global Manufacturing Director role, EXCO -1.
