Head of Property and Community Management


Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia, a leading executive recruitment firm, is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and rapidly growing company in the telecommunications industry. Our client is seeking a highly experienced Head of Lease & Property Management to lead nationwide strategies for land lease management, stakeholder engagement, and community relations to ensure business continuity and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lease & Property Management Strategy

  • Develop and implement strategies for nationwide lease renewals to secure cost efficiency and operational continuity.
  • Oversee lease negotiations and ensure compliance with internal benchmarks and targets.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and ensure timely achievement of renewal goals.

Risk & Issue Management

  • Lead resolution of escalations involving landlords, local communities, and government stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute long-term risk mitigation strategies.
  • Establish effective grievance handling and conflict resolution processes.

Stakeholder & Community Relations

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with landlords, community leaders, and relevant government authorities.
  • Represent the company's interests while fostering positive collaboration and alignment with local regulations.
  • Stay up to date on regulatory and policy changes impacting the business.

CSR & Community Engagement

  • Direct corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives to align business goals with community needs.
  • Oversee partnerships with NGOs, local organizations, and other stakeholders.
  • Evaluate program outcomes to ensure measurable social impact.

Cross-functional Leadership & Budget Oversight

  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Network teams to streamline processes related to leases, renewals, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Oversee budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation to support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Master's degree or relevant professional certifications are a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in property or lease management, preferably within telecommunications, infrastructure, or related industries.
  • At least 5 years in a senior managerial position handling lease negotiations, asset portfolio management, and stakeholder engagement.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong understanding of land lease regulations, contract management, and risk mitigation.
  • Proven expertise in stakeholder management and CSR program implementation.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
