Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is partnering up with a leading multinational OTT company in Indonesia. Our client is looking to Head of Sales that will responsible in working with cross function team to drive the revenue growth for the company. Job will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Job description:

  • Create a sales strategy and business development plan in order to grow the revenue.
  • Build a new inventories of advertising product within the platform.
  • Build and implement a brand and media monetization plan.
  • Establish and maintain a good relationship with clients (agencies and brands).
  • Working closely with marketing team to create a comprehensive marketing plan through different channels.
  • Lead the whole sales team and make sure the team reach the target goals.


Job requirements:

  • >5 years of sales working experience, preferably from OTT or digital media industry.
  • Proven experience selling digital ads solutions directly to brand or agency.
  • Strong knowledge in web, mobile, and digital advertising.
  • Experience in managing good relationship with clients.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
