Regional Sales Manager (Cybersecurity)

Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia, an executive recruitment company, is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational enterprise cybersecurity company. As part of its expansion in Indonesia, our client is seeking a highly driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager (Remote) to spearhead new business initiatives and strengthen relationships with key enterprise customers across the country. The position is remote and can be based anywhere in Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business growth by building and managing a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed individual sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new enterprise opportunities across key verticals, including state-owned enterprises, banking, telecommunications, and large conglomerates.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders within assigned accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and act as the company's ambassador within designated enterprise accounts.
  • Expand sales within existing and new accounts while nurturing long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Articulate the company's value proposition clearly to position the organization as a trusted advisor to customers.
  • Develop detailed account development plans, engagement strategies, and revenue targets for each account in your portfolio.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional internal teams and lead a virtual team to deliver compelling proposals and close opportunities.
  • Take full ownership of active opportunities and provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in enterprise sales, selling high-technology or cybersecurity-related solutions to large Indonesian organizations.
  • Experience managing and structuring large, complex enterprise deals.
  • Demonstrated success expanding sales pipelines and growing business within both new and existing accounts.
  • Ability to build strong networks across multiple levels of an organization, including C-suite executives.
  • Background in cybersecurity or enterprise technology is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to craft and deliver compelling value propositions tailored to enterprise clients.
  • Proven ability to influence key decision-makers in high-stakes environments.
  • Experience succeeding in a quota-driven sales environment at the enterprise level.
  • Strong business acumen, professionalism, leadership qualities, and a high degree of accountability.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce is advantageous.
