Head of Sales

Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of the most reliable online gadget store in the country. Our respective client is looking for a Head of Sales who will develop and execute strategies to maximize sales and ensure the success of the online business. This position is onsite and will be reporting to the CEO and is located in Quezon City, Metro Manila.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth through our e-commerce platform.
  • Develop and execute effective omnichannel marketing strategies to drive sales growth and enhance customer engagement.
  • Execute blend of sales expertise and marketing creativity to ensure a seamless and consistent brand experience across all customer touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target audience needs.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for improving omnichannel marketing efforts.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and incorporate sales goals into marketing strategies.
  • Develop campaigns and initiatives that directly contribute to lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that span multiple channels, ensuring a unified message and experience.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of omnichannel marketing efforts.
  • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and use insights to refine strategies.
Job requirements
  • At least 7 years work experience in management level from in e-commerce sales management, preferably within the retail industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • In-depth understanding of the e-commerce landscape, including marketplaces, digital marketing, SEO, and online customer behaviour.
  • Extensive knowledge in Omnichannel Marketing.
  • Good in managing relationships, excellence and negotiations.
  • High level of initiative, strategic thinking, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Can define a business model and has expertise in growing a business.
