Monroe Consulting Group is seeking a Head of Sales and Marketing Planning for a Car Financing Company:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the strategic planning for sales targets, market penetration, and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and automotive brand partners to align financing offers with market demand and dealership activities.
- Lead market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights to inform product positioning and marketing strategy.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance and marketing effectiveness through KPIs and dashboards.
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment between sales, product, and digital marketing teams to ensure execution excellence.
- Lead the annual sales and marketing planning cycle, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of analysts and planners to support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales planning, marketing strategy, or business planning-preferably in automotive financing, banking, or consumer finance.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams and complex planning processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends into actionable strategies.
- Solid understanding of captive financing models, dealer networks, and automotive market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across functions and with external partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a strong advantage.
