Executive Recruitment Consultant at Monroe Consulting Group is looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead the wholesale business (offline & online) for a global lifestyle brand in Indonesia. This role will drive sales growth, build strong account partnerships, and lead a high-performing team to achieve national commercial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead wholesale strategy and execution across key offline and online accounts
- Build and manage relationships with national retail partners
- Translate regional sales strategy into local market execution
- Drive sales forecasting, target achievement, and performance reporting (e.g. sell-thru, inventory, margin, growth KPIs)
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g. merchandising, logistics, marketing) to deliver business goals
- Coach and develop the sales team to ensure operational excellence and target delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales roles within lifestyle, sports, or FMCG industries
- At least 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role
- Strong understanding of wholesale operations and account management
- Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and team leadership skills
- Comfortable working with data and reporting tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English (business level)
