Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational company. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 15 years' experience in packaging for the job of Head of Sales. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Report directly to President Director
- Responsible for developing and implementing the company's overall sales strategy, setting long-term goals, overseeing sales departments, and collaborating with the C suite to drive business growth.
- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals.
- Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders, CRO, and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
- Land and expand: build process and funnel for manual top-down reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion.
- Evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals
- Work collaboratively across teams
- Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives
- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or a commercial discipline from reputable university
- Minimum 15 years' experience in packaging products
- Knowledge of packaging products & Commercial aspects
- Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and work independently.
- Strong commercial/Sales drive, passion to drive Business developers & Sales team.
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining external relationships at senior levels
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with teams and networks and influence outcomes at many levels in an organization
- Excellent project management skills - with ability to identify critical path issues and develop solutions to keep a program on track
- Strong oral and written communication skills are mandatory
- Medium to high level computer skills including spreadsheets, data bases
- Influencing and networking skills
- Solid leadership skills, mentoring and coaching
- Strong problem-solving ability and effective employee management experience
