Executive recruitment company, Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a Leading Multinational FMCG company. Our respected client is looking for senior professional with strong expertise in Physical Security & good understanding in Cyber & National / Intl. Security who has at least 10 years of relevant experience to join their company as the Head of Security The job is based in Java, Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate Commercial Compliance Committees including ownership forum covers planning, preparing, and delivering Committee meetings as required.
  • Manage, prepare, and communicate monthly, quarterly, and cyclical reports to the business through ILT.
  • Ensure all illicit trade and Security minimisation activities are congruent with the organization's Standard Business Conduct
  • Drive and champion the formal risk assessment of business security activities. Ensure a risk assessment philosophy is embedded such that regular risk assessments are undertaken for core business activities and all new activities are assessed prior to commencement. Ensure formal sign off risk assessments and mitigation plans.
  • Directly manage investigations and intelligence/information collection programmes, sharing the results with, and providing visibility on all security operational matters.
  • Ensure effective operational planning and resource deployment.
  • Provide an understanding of the dimensions and risks associated with security and identify trends and emerging threats. Undertake formal risk reviews, at appropriate frequencies, to inform decision making.
  • Identifying, vetting and appointing suitable SPs; managing and tasking SPs; ensuring that SP outputs meet the objectives of the relevant end users; managing the transfer of all relevant intelligence from SPs to the organization.
  • Support internal and external capacity building.

Job Requirements:

  • Qualification in law enforcement, security management and business required.
  • Minimum of 10 years (combined) of relevant experience in military, law enforcement or security management setting required.
  • Experience in initiating and leading the collaboration, facilitation and coordination of all individuals and resources involved in emergency and non-emergency situations.
  • Experience in evaluating emergency crisis situations and demonstrating leadership in interactions with employees, contractors, public officials, other government agencies and the public, especially during critical emergency incidents.
  • Experience developing, writing, and applying principles and practices of emergency management/preparedness plans including: mitigation, preparedness, response, recovery and reunification.
  • Ability to build trust and positive working relationships with diverse groups including stakeholders, emergency management personnel, first responders, legislative/policy staff and community members.
  • Strong organizational practices with professional skills in verbal and written communication, decision making, management and analytical skills
  • Experience in working as a member of a team with the ability to motivate others in engagement and performance.
