Business Development Director is mainly responsible for developing new businesses, cross-selling businesses with corporate clients and planning business development strategy for the domestic team. Hence, we are seeking a Team-player, a good communication person with a strong analytical skill in sales to lead the team
Job responsibilities
- Business Development Director will work closely with Business Development team member and Domestic Department Director which will provide you the career prospect at a Top Senior Management level with a guarantee and attractive benefit.
- Main responsibility is to develop new businesses and cross-sell businesses on the clients of other departments or as assigned & planed
- Assist the Domestic Department Director to develop a strong relationship with the strategic account & create Value Proposition with distinctive service to them, if required.
- Work closely with Director and the BD team for tendering the large Corporate Client
- Maintain strong local insurer relationships & product knowledge to maximize client value
- Motivate a strong team & contribute to the SBU team as needed
- Work with the director and Company overseas to create the new opportunity for the organization
- Assist the Domestic Department director to coordinate the team to strictly comply with the company policy on all internal processes, compliance, Company Connect, and all other non-negotiable policies
- Assist Director to develop the strategy in conjunction with the business plan especially new businesses.
- Build and develop team member discipline for timing management
- Accomplishes financial objectives about the forecasting, budgeting including verifying & analyzing the variances
Job requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher level
- Experience in business development or partnership
- Strong knowledge in investment banking
- High motivation and team player and customer service minded
- Good command in English both writing and speaking
