HR and Admin Manager

A reputable multinational automobile manufacturer is seeking an HR and Admin Manager for its Philippines branch.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive monthly gross salary and gain experience collaborating with international stakeholders.

Job Purpose:
Develop and implement people and administrative processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role will support recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance for the team.

Initial Overview of the Role:

  • Manage the employee lifecycle: Oversee onboarding and exit processes.
  • Regional Hiring: Support recruitment efforts across the region.
  • Process Creation: Establish systems for attendance and performance management.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations: Foster a positive work environment through engagement initiatives.
  • Issue Resolution: Manage employee relations and address HR-related issues in collaboration with Headquarters.
  • HR Analytics: Track and report metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, and training effectiveness.
  • Travel Management: Develop and manage the travel approval process.
  • Reporting: Prepare and share periodic HR reports.
  • Facilities Management: Maintain office infrastructure to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Documentation: Oversee records and document management.
  • Compliance: Provide immigration support and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws for expats and local hires.


Requirements & Others:

  • Industry Experience: Must have a background in the automotive industry.
  • HR Expertise: Extensive experience in general HR functions.
  • Collaboration: Open to being an individual contributor who collaborates with regional/shared services HR teams.
  • Work Schedule: Must be willing to work onsite during regular business hours (M-F, non-negotiable).
  • Availability: Immediate starters are a plus.
