The HR Business Partner will be the key person in full-cycle HR processesin line with local legal requirements and promote the company's core values, drive, influence, and maintain a good atmosphere in the organization. This position will be based in Bangkok
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle HR processes including recruitment, contracting, onboarding, employee induction, employee relations and performance management, negotiation, and offboarding in line with local legal requirements.
- Implement employee welfare activities, and review and update local HR policies and procedures on an annual basis.
- Learning and Development Management together with promoting and implementation of organization's HR strategies and projects to the local team.
- Issue and promote the company's core values, and maintain a good atmosphere in the branch office.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Extensive experience in HR field, experience in working within a diverse and multicultural workplace is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English (Chinese speaker will be highly advantageous)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Understanding in basic office software, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Words and Excel.
