country's premier healthcare providers. Our respected client is seeking a HR Manager who will lead their growing human resources team. The job is based in Pasig City, Philippines.
Key job responsibilities include the following:
- Responsible for working with managers and department heads to prepare position profiles for the company.
- Setting up, implementing, and evaluating recruitment plans (including headhunter management), to recruit quality employees and meet business requirements.
- Monitor the condition of employment and disciplinary codes
- Responsible for setting up HR Objectives that cascade down into department and individual objectives and KPI.
- Monitoring an appropriate system of performance assessment relating to staff working objective as well as identify career development and future training needs
- Responsible for ensuring local payroll administration to be accurate and timely
- Maintain relationships with local government official and community
- Perform tasks assigned by superior from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, business course, or any related 4-year course
- 5-6 years of Managerial/Supervisory/Generalist role
- Has at least 2 years of strong background and experience in talent acquisition (end-to-end recruitment), employee retention, organizational development,
- With knowledge and experience in labor and employee relations, compensation, benefits, and payroll, and admin
- Exemplary communication skills
- Good decision-making skills
- A working knowledge of employment law and legislation
- Must be willing to work onsite from Mondays - Fridays, 9am - 7pm
