HR Manager (Fashion Manufacturer)


Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of one of Multinational Retail company Based in Bali. Our respected client is seeking an Senior HR Manager who will manage, monitor the department, create a healthy work environment for the employees, co-supervise the HR department and serve as a link between an organization's management and its employees. The job is based in Bali, Indonesia. The winning candidate will report directly to CFO of the company.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • Manage the recruitment and selection processes
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital and succession planning.
  • Ensure payroll and social charges accuracy, as well as employee database
  • Create/Align salary matrix / levels and pay plan and benefits program
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor/implement training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics (KPI)
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management (Contract, handbook…) with internal and government agency,
  • Be updated with employment low (including OmniBus Law)
  • Implement HR IT system
  • Manage Company assets and building
  • Manager Cleaning and Security Team
  • Implement / Update Covid regulation
  • Communicate with Third Party as needed
  • Ensure that the Company is updated in all legal matter side (not only HR)
  • Process any necessary documents to comply with the law


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field
  • Have at least 7 years of working experience in HR areas as Manager
  • Fluent English is a must
  • People-oriented and results-driven
  • In depth knowledge of Indonesian labor law, human resources policies and procedures and, more importantly, their application in the day to day working environment is critical to the success of the position
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership and strong decision-making skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with people from diverse cultures and levels, both internally and externally
  • Willing to be located in Perenenan, Bali
