Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and onboarding.
- Address employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies.
- Implement performance management systems and conduct reviews.
- Identify training needs, design programs, and facilitate development initiatives.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs and ensure compliance.
- Oversee HR administrative tasks and maintain employee records.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs.
- Support change management initiatives within the property sector.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience, including as a sole contributor in a multinational company.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively.
