Executive recruitment company, Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a Leading Multinational FMCG company in Food & Beverage Industry. Our respected client is looking for senior professional with strong expertise in managerial level as payroll who has at least 10 years of relevant experience to join their company.

Responsibilities:

  • Understands and implements payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and etc.
  • Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
  • Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions
  • Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors
  • Responsible to check & follow up incentive data
  • Do the calculate & create report of all level employee's salary in the excel format & SAP system
  • Make a journal data in SAP Accounting and do the monthly & annual reconciliation SAP HR Vs. SAP Accounting
  • Filing of payroll documentation, include follow up of missing data or etc
  • Responsible for Monthly and Annual analysis report of store level
  • Re-process employee benefit CCL based
  • Ensure the salary slip distribution are timely and serve employee with the salary slip request or other request support related to payroll
  • Employee Annual tax form print, file & distribution
  • Generate & Filing Monthly and annual Tax Report to E-SPT/E-Filing/DJP site
  • Generate & Release Jamsostek/BPJS Payment
  • Maintain expatriate renewal contract
  • Prepare payroll budget/projection and simulation
  • Monthly Payroll vs. Tax reconciliation
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management/Accounting
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as Payroll, with min. 5 years in managerial level
  • Coming from retail, F&B or payroll agency preferable
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Good experience in SAP Payroll & Accounting
  • Able to work under-pressure, as individual or as a team
