Executive search firm, Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of one of the leading advertising agencies in the Philippines. Our respected client is seeking for an HR Supervisor, who will focus on overseeing the day-to-day HR operations of the company. The role will directly report to the HR Manager. Work setup is hybrid, and office is based in Taguig, Philippines. Mondays to Fridays 8am to 5pm.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offers.
  • Develop and deliver onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth and positive transition into the company.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and compliance.
  • Manage HR administration tasks such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee record-keeping.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs, such as employee surveys, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant HR laws and regulations and ensure the company is compliant.


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and training.
  • Had handled the full spectrum of HR responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
  • Experience in the advertising industry or related field is a plus.
