You will play a crucial role in shaping its future growth and solidifying its legacy in a highly competitive market.

As the Marketing Manager, you will be the strategic brand and commercial steward for the school. Your mission is to elevate brand awareness, drive a robust admissions pipeline, and engage the school's diverse community.

You will be the engine of growth, taking full ownership of the marketing funnel from initial awareness to enrolment, and ensuring the school's reputation for excellence is communicated with creativity, sophistication, and impact.


Job Responsibilities

  • Reporting directly to the expatriate senior leadership, you will be empowered with significant autonomy to architect and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategy.

  • Develop and implement the annual marketing and communications plan, aligning all activities with the school's strategic objectives and admissions targets.

  • Command a sophisticated digital marketing engine, overseeing strategy and execution across SEO, SEM, PPC, paid social, content marketing, and email marketing automation to generate high-quality leads.

  • Design and execute high-impact offline marketing initiatives, including premium admissions events, strategic partnerships with corporations and embassies, public relations, and the creation of world-class marketing collateral.

  • Act as the brand guardian, crafting a compelling narrative that resonates with discerning families. Oversee the creation of all marketing content, from website copy and video production to social media campaigns and parent communications.

  • Utilize data to drive all decisions. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and CRM data, and provide regular, insightful reports to the leadership team.

  • Develop marketing initiatives that foster a strong sense of community among current parents, transforming them into brand advocates and ensuring a consistent internal brand experience.

Job Requirements

  • A proven leader from the educational sector whose career demonstrates a blend of strategic marketing prowess and commercial results.

  • Demonstrable track record of success in a marketing leadership role within an international school or a related educational organisation. You understand the nuances of the admissions cycle and how to market to affluent, well-educated families.

  • Aata-driven and results-oriented professional. You think in terms of ROI, cost-per-acquisition, and lead conversion rates.

  • Fluent in both the art and science of marketing, with deep, hands-on experience across the full digital and offline spectrum.

  • Flawless English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the polish and gravitas to represent a premier brand. Proficiency in Thai is a significant advantage.

  • Experience working in a diverse, international environment and demonstrate a high degree of cultural sensitivity and adaptability.

  • Proactive, self-starting leader who is as comfortable developing high-level strategies as you are rolling up your sleeves to execute a campaign.
