Executive search firm, Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of one of the exclusive distributors of concessionaire wines and liquors. Our respected client is looking for a Key Account Manager. This role will be responsible for handling Key Accounts. Onsite work in Parañaque City and Fieldwork, Mondays to Fridays.

Key job responsibilities include:
* Set and achieve commercial targets in alignment with organizational goals.
* Demonstrate a high level of comfort with sales numbers, utilizing a strong understanding of numerical data to drive sales strategies.
* Possess knowledge of the value chain within the brand to effectively contribute to business growth.
* Think strategically based on market division, devising innovative approaches to achieve business growth.
* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for expansion.
* Demonstrate analytical skills to assess business performance and adapt strategies for optimal outcomes.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Leverage expertise in the FMCG industry to drive sales initiatives and effectively manage key accounts.
* Implement sales strategies to ensure product visibility and market penetration.
* Utilize experience in handling key accounts to maintain and grow business relationships.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

Job Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field.
* At least 3 years of experience in the FMCG industry with a focus on key account management.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
* Comfortable working with numerical data, and understanding the importance of sales figures in driving business decisions.
* Business development mindset, capable of strategic thinking to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
* Adaptability and flexibility to navigate dynamic business environments.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
* Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Willingness to travel.
