Key Account Manager (Medical Devices)

Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of Multinational Medical Device Company. Our client is seeking for Key Account Manager position. This job will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Job Descriptions:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, particularly private hospitals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with key accounts to understand their needs and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives for assigned key accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the medical device industry, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Stay informed about the company's products and services, and effectively communicate their benefits to key accounts.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on market trends, customer needs, and product performance.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a coordinated approach to key accounts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and promote the company's products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or account management within the medical device industry.
  • Strong connections with private hospitals and key decision-makers in the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
