Key Accounts Manager

Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a premier distributor of concessionaire wines and liquors in the country. Our respected client is looking for a Key Account Manager who will manage and grow strategic partnerships with modern trade and key retail accounts across Cebu and Bohol, ensuring excellent execution, sustained sales performance, and long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop strategic relationships with key retail accounts, supermarkets, and trade partners in Cebu and Bohol
  • Negotiate trading terms, promotions, and joint business plans with key customers to drive volume and profitability
  • Lead the execution of account-specific marketing and merchandising programs in coordination with marketing and trade marketing teams
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and develop data-driven action plans to meet or exceed targets
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, deliverables, and expectations
  • Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery, stock availability, and account reconciliation
  • Identify new business opportunities and strengthen account penetration to increase market share in the assigned territory

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in key account management or sales, preferably in FMCG or beverage categories
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Experience handling modern trade or supermarket chains is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Willing to travel frequently within Cebu and Bohol
