Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a group of restaurants carrying international brands. Our client is seeking a Kitchen Manager (Italian Concept) who will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service and cleanliness standards, promptly addressing feedback. The work setup is onsite in Pasig, Philippines, with store visits based in Metro Luzon

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction by maintaining quality service and cleanliness standards.
  • Implement Sales Building Activities in coordination with the Operations/Concept Manager.
  • Manage Employee Relations and Productivity, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Control Financial Resources by monitoring sales, labor costs, and expenses.
  • Complete Administrative Requirements on time, including staff schedules and financial reports.
  • Assume Command Responsibility for personnel disciplines and job performance.
  • Train New Hires and perform other assigned duties.


Key job qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 3 year's experience in a similar role, preferably in an Italian restaurant.
  • Proficiency in forecasting, purchasing, inventory management, and people management.
  • Strong communication and Excel skills.
  • Amenable to work long hours and start immediately.
  • Will report onsite in Pasig and conduct store visit.
