Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of one of notable Property Company. Our client is looking for a Legal Manager. This job will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for agreement creation and modification
- Involved in Financing arrangement, leading the financing for several projects of shopping centres
- Take charge of legal operations, including coordination with regulators to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct thorough reviews of legal documentation, identifying potential risks and proposing appropriate mitigations.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to streamline legal processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Requirements :
- Experienced in Real Estate/Property, would be preferable
- Strong experience in Financing, Project Finance
- Proven experience in reviewing and drafting legal agreements.
- Strong understanding of regulations, legal operations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
