Monroe Consulting Group, an award-winning executive recruitment firm, is recruiting on behalf of a leading international logistics service provider with a strong and rapidly expanding presence across Thailand. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Legal Manager to lead and strengthen our legal and compliance functions. This role will be based in Bangkok, Thailand

Legal Manager will provide strategic legal support to senior management, manage major litigation and regulatory matters, and ensure full compliance with relevant Thai laws while supporting operational growth and franchise expansion. This position requires strong leadership capability, solid government liaison experience, and in-depth knowledge of transportation and commercial regulations


Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage five core legal teams: Contract Management, Company Secretary, Litigation, Regulatory, and Compliance.

  • Provide strategic legal advice and compliance support for major business initiatives and executive-level decision-making.

  • Oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle management and ensure effective risk mitigation across commercial agreements.

  • Address complex legal matters arising from day-to-day operations, franchisee management, and international business expansion.

  • Lead major litigation and arbitration cases, including regulatory investigations and administrative penalty proceedings.

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with relevant government authorities and regulatory bodies.

Job Requirements

  • Proven years in a senior legal management role within a large logistics, transportation, or express delivery organization.

  • Prior experience at a reputable law firm in a related practice area is highly preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of Thai laws and regulations, including Labor Law, Contract Law, Civil and Commercial Code, Consumer Protection Act, Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)

  • Proven leadership capability with experience managing multiple legal functions.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and direct exposure to government agencies.

  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
