Executive search firm, Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of one of the leading logistics company that is based in Malaysia. They're in search of dynamic leaders to join their force as a Logistics Manager.

Job Responsibilities

  • Recruit individuals passionate about sports, embodying responsibility, vitality, generosity, authenticity, and practicality.
  • Foster skill development and confidence in team members through regular individual meetings, team gatherings, and daily coaching sessions.
  • Take full responsibility for effectively integrating new team members.
  • Coordinate team availability for business activities, ensuring efficient scheduling and organization.
  • Communicate announcements, updates, and new procedures effectively to the team.
  • Demonstrate accountability towards team members by providing guidance and management aligned with the mission.
  • Implement and enforce basic safety procedures concerning people, goods, and equipment.
  • Take an active role in reducing shrinkage and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Manage operational activities such as productivity, shift organization, quality control, inventory, and replenishment.
  • Adhere to product safety policies, including sensitive product traceability and expiry dates.
  • Lead warehouse operations effectively as the duty manager when required.
  • Forecast and manage economic performance, implementing action plans for improvement throughout the year.
  • Promote and enforce new ideas to enhance efficiency in the work environment and procedures.
