Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group's Industrial Division is recruiting on behalf of an established MNC Manufacturing company based in Negeri Sembilan. Our respected client is seeking for graduates with exceptional academic and co-curricular achievements to join our Management Training program as a Management Trainee.
The successful Applicant will be part of our comprehensive Management Training program which will help you learn various departments and functions within the company. This 18-months program will observe you being based in our Headquarters in Nilai for 6 months and travelling to our Europe and Sweden plant for a remaining 12 months before being absorbed into the Management team in Nilai.
Job responsibilities:
- Master's degree holder with less than 2 years full-time working experience (excluding internships & part-time work)
- Problem solver with strong systems thinking skills
- Strong leadership & driven to achieve goals and deliver outcomes
- Effective teammate with strong communication & interpersonal skills
Job requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering (Masters' candidates will be preferred)
- Candidates interested in Engineering and Manufacturing are preferred
- Strong fluency in English and Malay
- Competent in problem-solving and passionate about learning
