Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership and strategic direction.
- Develop and execute short-term and long-term business strategies.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA) and industry standards.
- Manage budgets, financial forecasting, and cost control.
- Lead product development and innovation efforts.
- Create and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain customer relationships on a global scale.
- Navigate international expansion and oversee global operations.
- Identify and mitigate business risks.
- Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Maintain stakeholder relationships with customers, suppliers, investors, and government agencies.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in the medical device industry for 10+ years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- International business experience is often preferred.
- Understanding of healthcare industry trends.
