Primary Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Communication & Brand Identity
- Develop and execute marketing communication plans aligned with product launches and regional campaigns.
- Manage content creation, media planning and buying, press release localization, and PR agency coordination.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing touchpoints (print, digital, events).
- Coordinate with designers and vendors to produce marketing tools (e.g., banners, displays, backdrops, giveaways).
- Support internal teams (product, HR, safety) on branded communication materials.
- Ensure Formica Showroom communication aligns with brand guidelines and enhances visitor engagement.
- Manage marketing communication activities not only for Thailand and Vietnam but also for Asia Others and the Philippines.
2. Digital Marketing
- Oversee social media channels in Thailand, Vietnam, Asia Others, and the Philippines (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LINE, Zalo, YouTube, and other emerging channels).
- Collaborate with agencies to generate bilingual content and manage publishing schedules.
- Track KPIs (page reach, engagement, CTR, views), evaluate campaign performance, and update the team monthly.
- Manage website content, SEM campaigns, and digital campaign pages in alignment with Asia regional guidelines.
- Stay informed on competitor activity and emerging platforms.
- Apply AI-driven tools and techniques in marketing communications for improved efficiency and creativity.
3. Event & Campaign Execution
- Plan and organize product launch events, exhibitions (e.g., ASA, Bangkok Design Week), and showroom activities.
- Coordinate with PR/media agencies, booth constructors, and internal stakeholders to ensure event success.
- Manage showroom engagement including open house events, student visits, customer workshops, and dealer communication.
- Monitor visitor targets and feedback to evaluate event effectiveness.
4. Market Intelligence & Industry Trends
- Conduct customer visits and showroom interactions to gain market insights.
- Launch mini surveys and analyze competitor digital behavior monthly.
- Share industry trends and consumer insights with internal teams.
5. Digital Marketing Expertise
- Proven ability to plan and manage paid media campaigns (Google, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram).
- Strong understanding of digital trends, audience segmentation, and analytics tools.
- Experience in boosting brand visibility through targeted digital strategies.
6. Corporate Social Media Presenter
- Act as the brand's on-camera representative for videos, showroom walkthroughs, interviews, and live sessions.
- Confident in public speaking and appearing on camera for product promotion, event coverage, and educational content.
- Work closely with the creative team to script, rehearse, and deliver engaging brand-aligned presentations.
7. AI-Driven Marketing Communication
- Experience using AI tools for content creation, performance analytics, and campaign optimization.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI into marketing strategies for improved ROI and engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in marketing communication, digital marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Marketing Communication, or a related role-preferably in building materials, interior design, or construction.
- Strong interest in material innovation, color trends, and design aesthetics.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Pleasant personality, attitude, highly energetic and result oriented.
- Good command in spoken, read and written in English.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in Marketing Communication with AI or in working with architects, interior designers, or project specifiers.
- Understanding of interior finishing products, materials properties, and applications.
- Ability to manage multiple timelines and adapt in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
- Passionate about exploring digital tools and new technologies that enhance product innovation and market responsiveness.
