Marketing Manager

Executive search firm, Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of one of the leading Digital Marketing agency that is based from the Malaysia. They're in search of dynamic leaders to join their force as a Media Marketing Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

Developing Marketing Strategies:

  • Creating comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals, target audience, and budget. This includes identifying key marketing objectives, selecting appropriate marketing channels, and defining messaging tactics.

Market Research:

  • Conducting market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors. Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Product or Service Positioning:

  • Defining the unique value proposition of the company's products or services and developing positioning strategies to differentiate them in the market. This involves identifying target customer segments and crafting compelling messaging that resonates with them.

Marketing Communications:

  • Developing and implementing integrated marketing communication plans across various channels, including advertising, public relations, digital marketing, social media, and email marketing. Creating content and collateral such as advertisements, brochures, website content, and press releases.

Brand Management:

  • Managing the company's brand identity and ensuring consistency in branding across all marketing channels and touchpoints. This includes overseeing the use of brand assets, maintaining brand guidelines, and monitoring brand perception.

Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition:

  • Implementing lead generation strategies to attract potential customers and drive sales. This may involve running advertising campaigns, organizing promotional events, managing referral programs, and optimizing website conversion funnels.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Implementing and managing CRM systems to track customer interactions, manage leads, and nurture customer relationships. Developing customer segmentation strategies and personalized marketing initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and retention.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitoring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, lead generation, and return on investment (ROI). Analyzing data and generating reports to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.

Budget Management:

  • Developing and managing the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives. Tracking expenses, negotiating vendor contracts, and optimizing marketing spend to ensure cost-efficiency.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborating with other departments such as sales, product development, and customer service to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Sharing insights and feedback to inform product/service improvements and customer experience enhancements.

MUST have requirement:

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a related field.
  • Prior experience in an agency setting is essential.
  • Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Capable of working autonomously, handling multiple projects concurrently, and meeting deadlines.
  • Stay abreast of current market news and trends.
  • Skilled in providing instruction and mentoring.
  • Demonstrates responsibility and creativity in work.
