Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of our respected client, a leading global company for entertainment. We are seeking for a Marketing Manager who will work closely with reporting managers to develop, implement and execute strategic overall marketing plans for the company. This involves end-to-end project management, working with cross-functional groups and stakeholders, maximizing resources and overseeing executions. This position requires a Hybrid Work arrangement (4x onsite 1x WFH) and will be reporting to the Sr. Marketing Manager and is in BGC, Taguig, Metro Manila.


  • Lead the execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels.
  • Analyze insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to design, test and tactics to bring about Market Share improvements.


  • Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing at a manager level.
  • Experience executing paid media campaigns, ad buying and evolving practices; with experience with digital marketing analytics tools.
  • Expert level understanding of interactive technologies and communication tools including social networks and content marketing. Have keen interest in current/upcoming technology and digital developments.
  • Existing relationships with digital platforms / online partners and brand relationships a plus
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills with the ability to communicate and develop strong relationships at all levels within the organization.
