Marketing Manager (Healthcare)

Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia, an executive recruitment company, is recruiting on behalf of a leading hospital unit in Indonesia. As the hospital continues to expand its services and strengthen its market presence, our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead both sales and marketing initiatives. The position is based in Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute strategic marketing and sales plans to drive patient acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Manage all marketing activities, including branding, digital campaigns, events, and community outreach.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, health insurance providers, and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to develop promotional materials and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and performance metrics to optimize strategy.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and sales campaigns, providing regular reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 - 10 years of experience in marketing or business development, preferably within the hospital or health insurance industry.
  • Proven experience handling both sales and marketing responsibilities.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry trends and patient engagement strategies.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in English is required.
