Medical Support Services Manager (Healthcare)


Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a reputable private healthcare provider with a strong presence in Indonesia. Our client is seeking a Medical Support Services Manager to lead and oversee all medical support functions, ensuring operational excellence, service quality, and regulatory compliance across the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all medical support service units, including Laboratory, Radiology, Pharmacy, Rehabilitation, and other diagnostic and allied health services.
  • Ensure efficient daily operations, optimal resource utilization, and high service standards across all support departments.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, SOPs, and quality improvement initiatives aligned with hospital objectives.
  • Monitor departmental performance, KPIs, budgeting, and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with Medical Services, Nursing, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless patient care and service integration.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop teams to foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • Medical Doctor (MD) or relevant healthcare professional background; postgraduate qualification in Hospital Management or Healthcare Management is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in healthcare operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing medical support services.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid understanding of hospital operations, diagnostic services, and healthcare regulations.
  • Commercially aware with strong operational and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
