National Sales Manager
Executive recruitment Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a well-known international medical devices company that brings progress and access to healthcare technology. Our respective client is looking for a National Sales Manager will be responsible for abstracting and executing strategies and lead the local Medical Technology Sales Team and Applications team in the achievement of the KPI.
This position requires onsite, field and work from home reporting and will be reporting to the Head of Sales with office located in BGC, Metro Manila.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Support sales team with bundling tools and compound sales
  • Visit key account and thought leaders in Philippines & Build KOL's in the country
  • Implement Sales & marketing strategies
  • Conduct competitive pricing analysis and product positioning
  • Report market access plan and market intelligence
  • Formulate and implement business development strategies to achieve long term and short-term revenue targets
  • Lead and develop high performing team
  • Implement global product strategies
  • Achieve and exceed target in all product segments
  • Improve sales process by adapting to right sales tools, conduct demo planning
  • Demonstrate excellent sales skills and makes effective sales presentations
  • Good knowledge of competition and report competitive activities
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Science, Business Administration, Marketing or any related field
  • At least 5 years work experience in Commercial, Sales Management, Business Development in the medical device industry
  • Experience in Budget planning, Implementation of Annual Business Plans, Forecasting, Account Management
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • High customer orientation
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English is a must
