National Sales Manager (Medical Devices)

Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of one of the leading Multinational Medical Devices companies. Our respected client is seeking a professional with suitable qualifications. The job is based in Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Propose incentive scheme for sales team as input for
    Director, Sales in the preparation and determination of the company's compensation benefits, in order to improve individual work motivation and encourage the achievement of targets.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, preferably in chemical, pharmacist, biology or medical science.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of working experience on the same field, preferably in sales diagnostic/health care.
  • Having leadership experience minimum two (2) years.
  • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent communication skills are essential, particularly in regard to presenting the results of analyses to management.
