Our respected client is looking for an Operations Manager. This role will oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Onsite work in Makati City, Tuesday to Saturday
Key job responsibilities include:
* Oversee day-to-day operations of a fine dining restaurant targeting business professionals.
* Manage marketing initiatives, including planning consumer promotions and handling Facebook, Instagram, and other social media postings.
* Coordinate with Restaurant Manager and kitchen team to ensure seamless operations.
* Introduce and present the menu to customers, occasionally taking orders.
* Directly report to the General Manager.
* Dotted-line management of the Restaurant Manager and Marketing Team.
* Work schedule: 5 pm to 1 am (8 hours, night shift, Tuesday to Saturday).
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges and implement solutions.
Qualifications
* Candidate with a friendly and positive personality.
* Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
* Prior experience in hotel or fine dining restaurant operations, with a minimum of 1 year in a 5-star hotel.
* Open to candidates with a vocational course or undergraduate degree, given relevant industry experience.
