Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and assess operation activities to achieve company objectives.
- Establish goals and targets for each department to ensure the achievement of the Company's overall goals.
- Ensure that all financial and non-financial reporting requirements are met on a timely and regular basis.
- Manage and develop operational process, management system. Ensure operation functions aware and follow their policies.
- Inspire effective-operation culture with good L&D approach and internal communication.
Job Requirements:
- Obtained Securities Practitioner's brokerage or Financial Analysis License
- 5 years working experience, able to manage variety of operation functions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business study or Financial.
- Have a good command of English.
- Good report writing skills
