Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a leading life insurance in Thailand. The company is seeking an Operations Strategies & Management Support, Senior Specialist based in Bangkok. The company is well-known as the largest public listed life insurance and securities group in Asia-Pacific.


The position is responsible for effectively and efficiently coordinating and all aspects of project, including managing resources, from liaising with key stakeholders to establishing deliverables, design solutions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Effectively and efficiently coordinate and responsible for all aspects of project, including managing resources, from liaising with key stakeholders to establishing deliverables, design solutions
  • Collaborate with members to troubleshoot issues & improvements, timeline& communications, as well as monitoring and control
  • Support Operations Strategy, operations transformation, and core system transformations
  • Lead process remediation/improvement projects
  • Lead efforts to identify, define and select projects that are aligned with business priorities

Job Requirements

  • Experience in project management, gathering business requirements and gap analysis
  • Experience in life insurance business
  • Understanding of Agile principles and ways of working
  • Strong relationship development and management skills, excellent stakeholder management, particularly managing expectations
  • Experience in storyboarding demonstration and communication skills; Ability to structure a presentation/operational manual covering expected questions clearly and logically
  • Operation experience in process improvement, transforming operations and services, leading to measurable improvement
