Oracle OTBI Developer

International award-winning executive recruitment specialist Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of one of the international construction consulting firms seeking to onboard an Oracle OTBI Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and Oracle Cloud Analytics solutions. This job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy Oracle OTBI and Oracle Fusion Cloud Analytics reports and dashboards across various functional modules (e.g., HCM, Finance, SCM)
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications
  • Build custom subject areas, KPIs, and dashboards using Oracle OTBI and Oracle BI Publisher (BIP)
  • Support data modeling, report optimization, and performance tuning for large-scale datasets
  • Develop custom data visualizations using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) when required
  • Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-deployment support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, ERP consultants, and IT support
  • Act as a consultant and trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic input and analytics best practices


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in developing Oracle OTBI and BIP reports in Oracle Fusion Cloud (SaaS) environment
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion functional modules, particularly HCM, Financials, or SCM
  • Proven consulting experience in delivering analytics/reporting solutions to internal or external clients
  • Proficient in OTBI subject areas, data security, data modeling, and report performance tuning
  • Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) or Oracle Data Visualizer is a plus Strong SQL and data transformation skills
  • Familiarity with ERP data structures, business process flows, and master data management
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to present and explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
