Oracle Supply Chain Business Analyst

Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a global leader in designing and producing advanced micro-acoustic and electronic components. Our client is currently seeking an Oracle Supply Chain Business Analyst. The role is based in Cebu and offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring onsite presence three times a week.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oracle ERP Implementation & Support
    • Lead or support full-cycle Oracle ERP implementations for Supply Chain modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
    • Participate in at least two full Oracle ERP implementations, from planning to deployment.
    • Configure, test, and optimize Oracle Supply Chain modules (e.g., Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, WMS) to meet operational needs.
  2. System Analysis & Optimization
    • Analyze current supply chain processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Oracle ERP capabilities.
    • Develop, maintain, and optimize PL/SQL scripts, Forms, Reports, and BI tools to support supply chain operations.
    • Perform data analysis, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accurate and reliable operational data.
  3. Supply Chain Reporting & Analytics
    • Prepare, analyze, and present supply chain reports and dashboards using Oracle ERP and BI tools.
    • Provide actionable insights to improve procurement, inventory management, demand planning, and other supply chain functions.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, bottlenecks, or opportunities for optimization.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and IT teams across multiple regions.
    • Act as the primary liaison between supply chain stakeholders and Oracle technical teams to ensure requirements are properly translated into system solutions.
    • Work effectively in a multicultural and cross-functional environment, promoting teamwork and communication.
  5. Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Oracle Supply Chain modules in a timely manner.
    • Identify root causes of system or process issues and implement sustainable solutions.
    • Provide guidance and support to end-users on system functionality and best practices.
  6. Documentation & Training
    • Document business processes, system configurations, and workflows within Oracle Supply Chain modules.
    • Prepare training materials and conduct sessions for end-users to ensure effective adoption of Oracle ERP systems.
  7. Project & Change Management Support
    • Contribute to supply chain projects, system upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
    • Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of system or process enhancements.


Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years Oracle application experience in Supply Chain modules
  • At least 2 full Oracle ERP implementations completed
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP architecture, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, and BI tools
  • Proficient in SQL scripts for data analysis and validation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
