Partner - Capital Market (Law Firm)

Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of notable Law Firm in Indonesia. Our respected client is seeking Partner to expland their business. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key Job Responsibilities include:

  • Legal Expertise:

    • Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in practice group of M&A and Capital Market
    • Conduct thorough legal research, analysis, and case preparation.
    • Handle complex legal matters efficiently and effectively, demonstrating mastery of applicable laws and regulations.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
    • Develop new client opportunities through networking, referrals, and business development efforts.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored legal solutions.
  • Leadership and Firm Management:

    • Collaborate with other partners and firm management to develop strategic initiatives and goals.
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys and staff members.
    • Contribute to the firm's overall growth and success through active participation in decision-making processes.
  • Business Development:

    • Identify and pursue opportunities for business development and client expansion.
    • Participate in marketing activities, such as writing articles, speaking engagements, and attending industry events.
    • Leverage professional network to generate new business leads and referrals.
  • Ethical Compliance:

    • Uphold the highest ethical standards in all professional activities.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and professional codes of conduct.
    • Safeguard client confidentiality and maintain the integrity of the legal profession.

Job Requirements:

  • Seasoned lawyer with minimum 10 years of experience, Partner or experienced Senior Associate is preferred
  • Capital Market and M&A Expertise
  • First rate technical skills needed to support the client work of the department
  • Strong Business Development expertise, with expectation of able to bring their own client to the firm
