Monroe Consulting is supporting a client in the healthcare industry in the search for an experienced Patient Relations Manager. This strategic role will be responsible for managing patient experience initiatives, handling patient feedback and complaints, and strengthening communication between patients and the hospital to ensure high standards of service quality and patient satisfaction. The position will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between patients and the clinic to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Provide clear medical explanations regarding treatments, procedures, and care plans.
- Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and operational teams to support patient needs.
- Manage communication with VIP and international patients, including English-speaking patients.
- Ensure proper patient documentation, consent, and follow-up are conducted according to medical standards.
- Build long-term relationships to support patient satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Medical Doctor (General Practitioner) with an active license.
- 2-5 years of experience in service-oriented roles, preferably in healthcare or premium service environments.
- Comfortable speaking English (verbal and written).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient-handling skills.
- Service-minded, professional, and detail-oriented.
- Experience dealing with premium or international patients is a plus
