Payroll Consultant Manager (HR Tech Solution)

Monroe Consulting Group is seeking a Payroll Consultant Manager on behalf of our Client, a Notable HR Tech Solution Company.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute monthly payroll cycles for multiple client accounts with varying payroll structures.
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
  • Oversee payroll reconciliation, tax filings, social security contributions, and end-of-year reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with product and implementation teams to optimize payroll-related features within the HRIS platform.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and lead initiatives to improve accuracy, automation, and timeliness.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on payroll regulations, system updates, and client requirements.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the payroll team, ensuring service excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Handle audits, inquiries, and escalations related to payroll.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on payroll experience, including 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Experience handling payroll for multiple entities or clients is highly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of local payroll laws, tax regulations, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and systems; experience with HRIS platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work across functions and with clients.
