Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of an agriculture and animal protein, handling farm management, animal rearing, hatcheries, and related production/processing activities across the Philippines. Our client is currently looking for a Poultry Processing Operations Manager to base in Davao.
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for overseeing basic poultry processing, further processing, and ready-to-eat (RTE) operations. Ensures cost-effective production, high efficiency, product quality, and alignment with business objectives. Manages, trains, and develops staff while collaborating across departments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operations & Productivity
- Plan and execute production targets in line with business goals
- Monitor yields, quality, and efficiency across all processing lines
- Inspect equipment and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Optimize costs and implement process improvements
- People Management
- Supervise, train, and evaluate staff
- Identify development opportunities and administer rewards or discipline
- Conduct hiring and ensure team alignment with operational goals
- Customer & Quality Focus
- Maintain high product quality and food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, SSOP)
- Respond promptly to customer feedback and quality issues
- Participate in audits, traceability, and improvement initiatives
- Inventory & Safety Management
- Monitorinventory and safeguard asset
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- College degree (Engineering or Business preferred)
- 10+ years supervisory or managerial experience in food processing or manufacturing
