Executive Recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is working on behalf of a System Integrator in Indonesia. Our client is looking to onboard a proven and highly experienced Presales Specialist for Collaboration/Unified Communication. This job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Job Description:
- Responsible for project scoping, system architecture, proposal creation, and executing proof of concepts.
- Specialize in the technology scope of unified communication, Webex, MTR, and Contact Centers.
- Assess the client's current infrastructure to determine precise collaboration solutions.
- Consult with clients to develop a post-sales roadmap.
- Recommend feasible collaboration products and solutions.
- Execute Proof of Value for proposed solutions.
- Design both Low-Level and High-Level designs of customers' collaboration systems and environments.
- Support new installations, system integration, migration, and monitoring, including comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Engineering from a reputable university.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in managing presales engineering, design, or deployment of IT Collaboration Solutions.
- Proven experience with Cisco Collaboration solutions or other reputable brands.
- Hold a Cisco Collaboration certification (CCNA/CCNP - Collaboration).
- Competency in network infrastructure is a plus.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines, working independently within a comprehensive plan or strategy.
