Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of Distributor Pharmaceutical Company. Our client is seeking for Principal Manager Pharmaceutical position. This job will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main liaison between the distributor and pharmaceutical principals (both local and international).
- Manage and grow the business portfolio by maintaining strong relationships with principals.
- Lead new product launches and ensure successful market entry.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets and business growth.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with supply chain to ensure smooth product flow.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business performance reviews.
- Support principals in regulatory and product registration processes.
- Identify new principal opportunities and lead negotiation for partnership agreements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field. Master's Degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical distribution or related industry, including experience managing principal relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in sales planning and portfolio management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations and product registration processes.
