Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of Distributor Pharmaceutical Company. Our client is seeking for Product Executive Pharmaceutical position. This job will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and strategies for assigned pharmaceutical products.
  • Coordinate the creation of promotional tools (brochures, digital content, detailing aids, etc.).
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Support the planning and execution of product launches and marketing events (e.g., seminars, webinars, symposiums).
  • Collaborate with principals or manufacturers regarding marketing strategy and product updates.
  • Maintain product knowledge documents and ensure timely updates.
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide product information, training, and sales support materials.
  • Analyze sales performance and provide insights and reports to management.
  • Track product inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain/logistics to avoid stock-outs.
  • Assist in pricing strategy and promotional campaigns to boost sales.
  • Collaborate with regulatory, medical affairs, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product operations.
  • Coordinate with principals for sales & marketing updates and performance reviews.
  • Prepare monthly reports and product forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, product management, or sales support (distributor or principal).
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical market dynamics and customer segments.
  • Good communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
