Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading national company in renewable energy. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 10 years' experience in procurement logistics for the job of Procurement Logistics Manager. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Report directly to the Director
- Manage, Supervise, and Review of Supply Chain process
- Develop short and long term planning for supply chain management
- Develop solution based on Technical Requirement
- Ensure compliance to national / international technical standart
- Discussion & Presentation with Stakeholder, Clients and other third parties
- Participating in long-term Research and Development Strategy with Founders and Executives
- Create, evaluate, and ensure proper implementation of company internal policies
- Sourcing and engaging major Vendor and purchase
- Control and analyse risk management
- Evaluating spending operations, the quality of products purchased and the timeliness of deliveries
- Execute the monthly supply planning cycle including the creation and updating of supply plans and identification of key supply decisions
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or Supply Chain or equivalent
- Have experience in Supply Chain for at least 5 years (minimum)
- Have Experience in EPC company for at least 3 years (minimum)
- Have experience in Solar PV Projects
- Familiarity with national / international electrical standards
- Have experience as senior management for at least 3 years, have experience as manager would be plus point
- Team leading experience is a must
- Experience in working with large Excel files and complex data
- Detail oriented & data driven
