Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of Multinational Automotive Company. Our client is seeking a Product Marketing Manager. This position will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing efforts, including channel and POSM strategy, planning, and trade promotions to meet sales targets across Indonesia.
- Lead the product team in planning product roadmaps, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing training in line with the five-year plan and company strategy.
- Collaborate with Indonesia Sales and Marketing teams to create product plans and develop products that align with market trends and opportunities, adding value for distributors.
- Work with Product Marketing to create key messaging, compelling selling stories, and channel value propositions aligned with the company's strategy.
- Monitor trends and propose innovative ideas.
- Evaluate and prioritize ad-hoc product requests from the sales and marketing team.
- Ensure products comply with global and local regulations.
- Maintain brand consistency with appropriate product labels and packaging.
- Collaborate with the International/Asia Pacific Product Management team to align Indonesia's product strategy with the global plan.
- Maximize the benefits of Free Trade Agreements (FTA) to enhance competitiveness in Indonesia.
- Work with CoE Market and CoE product teams as needed.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in product management or technical service functions related to automotive products.
- 3-5 years of experience leading a team in the specified territory.
- Degree in Engineering preferred.
- B2B2C experience is a plus.
- Experience in industrial product management is a plus.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and a self-starter.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
