Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Malaysia is recruiting on behalf of a leading company in healthcare analytical. Our client specializes in providing scientific and analytical instruments across the globe.

As the scientific industry increases in demand for better wellbeing and expansion continues, our respected client is seeking a Product Specialist with a minimum for 2 years of experience in analytical products and laboratory research to play an integral role in leading sales operations in the life science industry.

Job responsibilities:

  • To undertake and perform sales & business development activities focusing on achieving assigned sales target in assigned territories for products / services assigned
  • To provide assistance to department manager to ensure every Sales Order could be complete within the assigned timeframe including but not limited to delivery, installation, and training arrangement coordination with the respective department
  • To provide assistance in demo laboratory activity including but not limited to laboratory equipment upkeep and demonstration activities
  • To manage existing and/or new clients and the overall project sales cycles
  • To prepare sales proposals and conduct presentation for clients
  • To manage existing and/or new clients and the overall project sales cycles
  • Perform any other duties as assigned and when required

Job requirements:

  • Degree in biomedical science/molecular science/biotechnology
  • 2 years' additional laboratory research experience using antibodies and related reagents in antibody-based applications
  • At least 1-year working experience in life science industry or related field
  • Experience in western blotting or immunohistochemistry is a MUST
  • Able to communicate and work well in a team
  • Possess good presentation and negotiation skills
  • Good client relationship management
