This role is crucial in expanding the client's market presence and driving sales growth, with a passion for improving patient outcomes. This opportunity is based in Selangor, Malaysia.
Job Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop business opportunities in strategic healthcare accounts.
- Engage with key stakeholders to introduce our innovative portfolio of medical devices.
- Drive sales growth through tenders, replacement opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to expand market share and enhance brand visibility.
- Plan and implement joint marketing and educational initiatives to strengthen customer relationships.
- Customer Relationship & Training
- Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, and procurement teams.
- Conduct product training, CME, and hands-on device demonstrations to ensure customer success.
- Provide expert guidance on device conversions and best practices to optimize patient outcomes.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of medical device sales experience (more experience may qualify for a senior role).
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (nursing background is a plus!).
- Proactive, self-motivated team player with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong execution and negotiation skills with a results-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel on short notice to meet customers and drive business growth.
